Where did my deleted photos go?

On iPhone, everything Keepfew removes goes to Photos → Albums → Recently Deleted. On Android it goes to the system trash (the bin on some phones); you can also bring it back from Keepfew → Settings → Recently cleaned. Either way you can recover it for up to 30 days.

Why hasn't my storage changed yet?

Deleted items are kept for up to 30 days so you can change your mind. On iPhone, empty Recently Deleted to get the space back right away. On Android, tap “Free the space now” after a clean, or empty the trash in your gallery app.

Cancel or manage a subscription

iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Keepfew Pro. Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Keepfew. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.

Restore a purchase

In Keepfew, open Settings and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple Account or Google account you subscribed with.

Is anything uploaded?

No. Every photo is checked on your phone. Keepfew has no account and no server.
