Terms of Use

Effective 28 September 2026. On iPhone, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement applies. On Android, these terms apply together with the Google Play Terms of Service.

Not a medical device

Snoremap is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or detect any condition, including sleep apnea. If you are worried about your breathing during sleep, talk to a doctor.

Snoremap Plus

Snoremap Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, yearly or monthly. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Recording and each night's report stay free, and your nights are never deleted if a subscription ends.

Your recordings

You are responsible for letting others in the room know they may be recorded, and for complying with local recording laws.

Liability

Snoremap is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, DIRWAAS INTELLIGENT SOLUTIONS LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
